Return Policy

All sales are final! If you have any questions about placing an order with us, be sure to contact us first before making a purchase. Once you place your order, within 24 to 48 hours or sooner, an email will be sent to the email address you used at checkout. The email will include our shipping address and further instructions on how to ship your hair to us as well.

Shipping Policy

All packages are shipped via USPS and a signature is required upon arrival. Once your package is shipped out, we will email you a tracking number. We only ship out packages Monday through Friday excluding holidays. If you put in an incorrect shipping address at checkout and your package has already been shipped out, you will need to contact USPS to change your shipping address.

We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. If your tracking says delivered and it has not been delivered to you, please contact USPS for more info on this matter. Once your package is shipped out, it is in the possession of USPS so if there happens to be any shipping delays or delivery issues, please contact USPS.

Once orders are shipped, we have no control over the shipping process and cannot answer questions about shipping delays, damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Again, please contact USPS because they will have this information available for you.

If your package is returned back to us because it was undeliverable, you will be charged another shipping fee in order for us to ship your package out to you again.
