How The Process Works

1. Payment

First, you’ll make your payment.

2. Ship Your Hair

Once payment is made, you will then ship your hair to the address below:

Hair Submission Policy:

Hair must be shipped within 30 days of the date your order was placed. After 30 days, a $25 late hair submission fee will be added to your order for every 30 day delay.

Example: If your hair is shipped 2 months late, your total late fee will be $50.

Wig creation will not start until the fee is paid.

After you ship out your hair, please email me your tracking number and type it out (no picture of your shipping receipt) so I can easily copy and track your package.

3. Confirmation Of Hair Receipt

Once your package is delivered, I will email you pictures of your hair within 1-2 business days. I will also inform you of the date I will begin working on your wig.

4. Wig Creation

Once I begin working on your wig, it will take me 5 business days to complete it. 6 business days if you want wig customization or wig styling. My business days are Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

5. Final Photos And Shipping

Once your wig is complete, I will send you pictures for approval. After that, your wig will be shipped to you.
