What's Included In The Price:

U part wig is a wig that allows you to blend in a small section of your real hair through the u shape opening of the wig.
Custom wig is made with a pre made mesh wig cap which will give you a flat install and a breathable/snug fit. Clients can also provide their own particular wig cap they want me to use for their wig and send it along with their bundles. If you are providing your own cap for your wig, please email me and be sure to try the cap on first before sending it to make sure it fits your head.
*In order to get a u part wig made, you will need to provide your own desired hair extensions*
Hair required for wig (This is based off bundles that are 3.5 - 4 oz.)
10"-14" : 2 bundles NOTE: You will need 3 bundles if your head circumference is 22" or bigger!
16"-22" : 3 bundles
24"- 26" : 4 bundles
28" and longer : 5 bundles

Return Policy
All sales are final! If you have any questions about our wig services, be sure to contact us first before making a purchase. Once you place your order, within 24 to 48 hours or sooner, an email will be sent to the email address you used at checkout. The email will include our shipping address and further instructions on how to ship your hair to us as well.
Shipping Policy
All packages are shipped via USPS and a signature is required upon arrival. Once your package is shipped out, we will email you a tracking number. We only ship out packages Monday through Friday excluding holidays. If you put in an incorrect shipping address at checkout and your package has already been shipped out, you will need to contact USPS to change your shipping address.
We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. If your tracking says delivered and it has not been delivered to you, please contact USPS for more info on this matter. Once your package is shipped out, it is in the possession of USPS so if there happens to be any shipping delays or delivery issues, please contact USPS.
Once orders are shipped, we have no control over the shipping process and cannot answer questions about shipping delays, damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Again, please contact USPS because they will have this information available for you.
If your package is returned back to us because it was undeliverable, you will be charged another shipping fee in order for us to ship your package out to you again.
